Sailing Adventures

Sailing Adventures

Weeks we put together ourselves — a boat, and the thing you actually came for. Golf in the Bahamas, wine along the Dalmatian coast, or your company on a start line.

A charter gives you a boat and a chart. These are something else: a week built around a second reason to be there, with the sailing and the rest of it planned together so neither gets squeezed.

Each one runs on fixed dates, because they have to — the golf course has to be bookable, the harvest happens when it happens, and a company can only take one week off. Places are limited by the size of the boat.

What we run

Three ways to spend a week

Corporate Regatta

Your team on a boat with a real result at the end of it. Nobody hides on a yacht, which is the entire point and also the reason it works.

Big thank you to Michal Hrivnak from Tangreto and Tom Sramek from Tri-Unity Coaching for a wonderful week sailing in Bahamas. It was incredible exploring Abaco Islands and its cays. My favorite was practicing Qigong at the Pelican Cay and navigating through shallow blue waters. Highly recommend sailing with Michal Hrivnak, he goes out of his way for you to have the best experience. He is very knowledgeable, knows the region well and can handle any sailing or docking challenges. A bonus – both Tom and Michal are great chefs. I'm already thinking about sailing with Tangreto in Greece this summer, this time with the whole family.

It was the retreat that you could never have imagined and didn't know you needed until you return home to your regular work routine. With much gratitude to Michal Hrivnak of Tangreto for being an experienced and responsible captain on the Bahamian waters and always making safety for first priority. The idea of living on a boat for a whole week with strangers was challenging. This was far from that. Everyone was friendly, considerate, polite and good-humored. There was a true spirit of cooperation. We sailed through amazing turquoise waters to unspoiled islands far away from the touristy locations. I will treasure these memories and look forward to another future adventure…

This year Greece in the Cyclades Islands with our “locos” children, even if the weather wasn't great the first two days, you have make it so fun taking us to beautiful places, exploring culture, food and a “bit” of drink. All this with a supper skilled sailing even at rough seas! Thanks again for helping to create such a beautiful memories!

I completed the practical training in Croatia and I have to highlight the professionalism, the overall course of the training, and the practical skills I gained in handling a vessel at sea. Specifically, Captain Michal and his very patient yet friendly approach.
